Teaching Assistant

You will play an essential role towards developing high quality education to help young students to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
Support SEN pupils.
Assist other teaching staff on external visits.
Have a good understanding of Mathematics and English.
Have a passion for safeguarding.
Promote positive behaviour.
Encouraging school policies and procedures.
Have a calm and supportive personality as an Teaching Assistant.
Requirements as a Teaching Assistant:
Relevant experience working as a SEN assistant or in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
Knowledge of classroom management techniques.
A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality
