Orchard Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a highly reputable contractor, to appoint a Site Manager for a 3 month refurbishment & fit out of an education scheme in Bradford.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing projects within the education sector, as well as experience delivering fit out and refurbishment projects.

* Managing the programme
* H&S
* Inductions
* Managing trades & sub-contractors
* Client liaison
* RAMS
* Daily diaries
* Contracts Manager updates
* Ensuring minimal snags/defects
