We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to join our recruitment team on a temporary basis. Based on our clients manufacturing site in Scarborough, North Yorkshire reporting to our Contract Manager.

Temporary role

6 months initially with possibility to be extended

£11.50 per hour

8:30am - 4pm

Monday - Friday

Job Role:

- Assisting with the processing of payroll for circa 175 temporary workers by way of data input

- Assisting our Contract Manager with the recruitment of new hires including completing application forms, checking RTWs, chasing references, and uploading all details into our candidate management system

- Dealing with general queries from onsite workers and client managers

- Assisting with the creation of MI and KPI data for internal and client use

- Supporting our Contract Manager with internal file audits

- General administration as required by the client and internal team.

Experience:

Previous experience using Microsoft packages such as Excel

Demonstrative experience in a previous administration role

Confident communicator and have the ability to multitask
