Equipment Prep and Delivery Technician

Prep Equipment: Prepare and pre-configure various IP products such as VoIP
phones, speakers, and horns.
Deliver Equipment: Safely transport equipment using a truck, trailer, or box truck
across the Southeast.
Install Equipment: Install 2x2 ceiling tile speakers and other related hardware.
Compensation:
$18-$22 per hour, depending on relevant experience. Potential for
performance-based advancement. 1.5x for Overtime

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical Skills:
Ability to operate hand tools and handheld mobile devices.
Proficiency in using computers, particularly Google Suite.
Confidence in driving a truck with a trailer or a box truck.
Soft Skills:
Effective communication and outstanding customer service.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage priorities effectively.

Travel Ability: Daily travel, based in Hoover, AL, with travel throughout the Southeast;
valid state driver's license and safe driving record
Background Check: Must be able to clear a background check and/or drug test to
enter government facilities.
Drug Testing: As a part of our policy to ensure a substance-free workplace, team
members are required to consent to random drug testing.
Job Description
As an Equipment Prep and Delivery Technician, you will be responsible for preparing, configuring, and delivering IP products such as VoIP phones, speakers,
and horns. You will also assist in the installation of this equipment across the Southeast.
Training on in-house software will be provided. The role requires the ability to work on
ladders and lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
