Job Description
The role of Administrative Assistant encompasses a broad range of tasks, including, but not limited to:
Coordinate and attend meetings of all sizes (large associations to smaller committees).
Event planning and community involvement
Manage Board and Club Activities
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports.
Network and coordinate meetings with other national, regional, and local groups and associations.
Manage communication for the CEO & owner.
Manage general admin responsibilities, such as handling/processing documents, expenses, supplies/equipment/services, along with general office organization.
Occasional Travel when needed.
Well organized
Eagerness to learn.
Excellent communication skills
Works well independently as well as with others
Detail and accuracy focused.
Flexibility in schedule (occasional after hours and weekends may be required)
Customer service oriented
Basic marketing experience
Capability to travel or take care of anything unexpectantly.
Great leadership ability
Solves problems effectively.
