Role Overview: IDS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join us on a permanet basis, working on a project with one of the most respected ship operation and management companies in the industry. With a globally recognized reputation for performance excellence and reliability, this client is one of the largest and most successful private businesses in shipping. This position is part of a major transformation program that includes implementing advanced technology solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Open Ocean Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with third-party system integration (SI) partners.
* Support data, testing, and training workstreams.
* Deliver technical workstreams across the program, including environments, interfaces, security evaluation, and transition to support.
* Lead the design and mapping of business processes across multiple systems, ensuring effective integration and communication.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture and define system requirements and business processes.
* Collaborate closely with system integrators and developers to translate business process needs into technical implementations.
* Oversee the user acceptance testing (UAT) process, ensuring the implemented solutions fully meet business requirements.
* Provide strategic advice to enhance system functionalities and business processes.

* Strong technical background and knowledge of various technologies and platforms.
* Proven ability to deliver results and manage project plans.
