Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, with exceptional telephone skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate information to callers and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Excellent telephone skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
