Strength and Conditioning Coach

Performance Optimal Health is seeking a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our dynamic team. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective strength and conditioning programs for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals and develop personalized training plans to help them optimize their performance and achieve their desired results.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels
Design and implement individualized strength and conditioning programs
Provide guidance and instruction to clients during training sessions
Monitor and track clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs
Collaborate with other members of the Performance Optimal Health team to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients
Stay up to date with the latest trends and research in strength and conditioning
Stay up to date with notes and program progression for each client.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
Certification in Strength and Conditioning (e.g. CSCS)
Proven experience designing and implementing effective strength and conditioning programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
