Account Representative
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum + bonus
Full time, permanent role
We are pleased to be recruiting for an Account Representative to join a global transport client in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in an account management role who wants to work for a rewarding, global business.
Within this role you will be responsible for a number of small to medium accounts, providing an excellent service and ensuring any queries are resolved to a high standard. We’re looking for someone who can build long term relationships with a commercial mindset.
What you’ll be doing - 
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
Receiving customer orders, ensuring they’re updated through the journey
Negotiating pricing and terms at an entry level
Identify new opportunities within your accounts to increase overall spend
Pro-actively work with customers
What we’re looking for - 
Previous experience within an account management/account representative role
Transport industry is beneficial but not an essential requirement
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to speak a 2nd European language is beneficial but not essential
Salary - 
£28,000-£32,000 per annum depending on experience
Monthly bonuses
