Work with commercial and government contract managers to draft, negotiate, and update contractual documents such as NDAs, Product Loan Agreements, teaming agreements, MOUs, flow-downs, and other standard contractual documents.
Support contracts due diligence requests as needed including conducting Exiger screenings
Assist in the development, population, and maintenance of a Contract Management System (CMS)
Assist with processing contract, legal, and compliance documents as needed, including certificates of insurance, small business plans, reps & certs, and non-complex responses to external customers
Prepare contract briefs to ensure proper interpretation of the contract
Perform Contract Close-outs
Assist in the development, maintenance and monitoring of department reports, key performance indicators, forms and templates
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for daily job processes and procedures
Create and manage purchase orders and requisitions for the department
Assist in the preparation, creation, copying, or compiling of departmental documents Support Legal & Contracts Team with other duties as assigned
