The perfect candidate will not only react promptly to client inquiries but also look for proactive ways to enhance the client experience.
Please note, this is an on-site position based in Midland, TX.
Requirements
Your Experience and Qualities Needed:
Critical thinking & troubleshooting skills - puzzle solving
Experience troubleshooting or supporting Microsoft platforms (e.g. Office 365, Active Directory, all current flavors of Windows)
A demonstrated history of pursuing learning objectives independently
The ability to effectively manage client expectations around service delivery
Customer service skills
Goal oriented
An empathetic person who has the ability to understand the perspective of our client’s users
Great communication skills
Additional Certifications and Qualities We’d Love to See:
MS900
AZ900
CompTIA A+
2-4 years of IT Triage / Help Desk experience
Knowledge of infrastructure hardware, networks & firewalls (VLANs, VPNs, VMWare ESXi, DNS Filtering, etc).
High level ticket management
Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is a huge plus!
