Job Description
About the Role: 
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is part of Payment Product Development (PPD) Technology team of Visa and is responsible for B2B Service CRM. This team works closely with business owners of these services to deliver industry leading packaged software and customer developed solutions. Team’s responsibility includes managing system requirements, design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation and maintenance of corporate applications 
The candidate will work as part of the CRM team to build and support applications to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM business function. This role will participate in design, development, testing and support of CRM applications and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in developing technical solutions in CRM area. 
Essential Functions: 
Provide management, technical leadership and mentoring of team members reporting from local and non-local regions.  
Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high quality technical solutions on MS Dynamics 365 
integrate MS Dynamics 365 CRM with other applications using Realtime or batch integrations or building custom solutions using webservices.   
Should be hands-on in coding, architecture and designing solutions. 
Provide technical solutions for business needs/requirements. 
Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design. 
Mentor Jr Developers and oversee programming functions to ensure that projects are securely delivered and fulfill expectations. 
Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders for providing technical solutions for implementation and support related needs including working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance. 
Comfortable working with both technical and business staff, and flexible in working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance. 
Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design. 
Create technical documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following Visa's methodology for development, installation, and maintenance.  
Actively collaborate with all stakeholders including dependent technology and Business teams worldwide in various time zones to fulfill the above responsibilities.  
 This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
