Position: District Sales Manager

Due to company growth, we are looking for a motivated and driven District Sales Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
As the District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of outside sales representatives and driving sales within your designated district. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within the district
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed sales goals
- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review progress, provide feedback, and set goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales and customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
- Travel within the district to meet with clients and attend industry events and conferences
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Willingness to travel within the district as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
