WellsColeman, an established Richmond based CPA firm, is currently seeking to expand our tax team. We are seeking various levels of experience: Senior Staff Accountant and Staff Accountant. We are a well-respected and growing firm with a history of providing exceptional client services to individuals, closely-held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Required Experience and skills
Experience
Senior Staff Accountant: Licensed Certified Public Accountant with at least 3-5 years of current experience in public accounting
Staff Accountant: Obtained or working toward a degree in accounting
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Attributes
Fully proficient in Ultra Tax, QuickBooks desktop, Quickbooks online, Excel, AdvanceFlow and GoFileRoom
Quickly adapts to new technology and stays current with technology changes
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time while ensuring quality and timeliness
Ability to work in a fast paced environment in order to meet multiple deadlines
Extremely meticulous with all work product
Ability to work independently and prioritize appropriately
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork
