Likewise is a media and entertainment platform providing personalized content recommendations and discovery for TV, Movies, Books and Podcasts. We have the largest entertainment and media focused newsletters available anywhere. Our newsletters complement our existing product ecosystem of mobile apps, streaming TV guides on the web, and connected TV apps, and they have more than 6M subscriptions. And we recently introduced Pix, the world's first personal entertainment companion:
We are looking for true hunters who are comfortable with high-volume cold calling. We have an excellent list of qualified leads, polished sales collateral, and a compelling, proven product offering backed by metrics.
This is a contract position with good potential to convert to perm. It is a hybrid role, onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media platforms to promote our services and generate new business opportunities.
Educate potential clients about our products and services, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
Deliver immediate and long term revenue against target plan
Successfully pitch and win new clients
Compellingly articulate the benefits and unique features of a scaled email newsletter as well as offerings across web, mobile, and connected TV
Evangelize the benefits of email newsletters generally and Likewise’s entertainment-focused offering as a unique, standalone product
Requirements
3+ years in inside sales, ideally media sales
Comfortable with high volume cold calling
Proven experience in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
Adept at managing short & long term revenue targets
Ability to work in unstructured start-up culture
Self-starter, entrepreneurial, scrappy, nose for deals & dollars
Strong written, communication and presentation skills
Benefits
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are pleased to share the annual base compensation for this role is $60,000, $150K annualized OTE.
