Access Manager – Mobile Telecoms – Permanent – £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Location – London / Tooting (SW18)
Key Criteria
* Acting as a dedicated point of contact for landlords / landowners
* Checking applications for Landlords Consent
* Management of operators’ contractors’ access requests, and supervision of contractors
* Oversight and creation of relevant documentation, including RAMS
* Ensuring the correct equipment is with the required personnel at the right time to complete said work
* Management of negotiations where required on behalf of landlords / landowners with operators to ensure a beneficial outcome
* Review and approve operators drawings / planning applications
* Health and Safety, and equipment audits
Desirable Criteria
* Previous demonstrable experience working within the Mobile Telecommunications sector supporting similar projects is highly desirable.
