We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team in Palo Alto, CA as a Clinical Coordinator.
The Clinical Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, managing intake forms, and providing support to the clinical staff
Ensure efficient and accurate handling of patient documentation and medical records
Answer patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Carefully and patiently listen to each patient and present treatment options
Manage the clinic's scheduling system and maintain an organized appointment calendar
Participate in meetings and trainings as required
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Requirements
Interest in learning about the Interventional treatments Palo Alto Mind Body offers
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing clinic needs and priorities
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred
2 years of experience in a clinical setting or medical office is preferred

Compensation: Starting at $25 per hour
