Contact Center Agent

Compensation for this position is $16-$18 per hour plus commission. Our top performers are earning $80-90k annually!
Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of outbound calling daily and ask qualifying questions
Encourage the customer to receive a competitive quote from a licensed agent
Meet performance expectations and KPIs
Requirements
Must live Florida office in Tampa- 5460 Beaumont Center Blvd,Suite 520 Tampa FL 33634
1+ years of sales experience preferred
Fast-paced call center experience a plus
Strong phone, computer, and communication skills
Self-motivated & independent
Ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment
