Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering effective language instruction, assessing students' language proficiency, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure students' academic success. EAL Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent English teaching qualification (CELTA,TESOL,TEFL etc.)
- Specialisation or experience in teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL)
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of multilingual learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting students from diverse linguistic backgrounds
