Our client is a major supplier to the nuclear industry, constantly looking to improve and develop the world’s demand for sustainable energy. With decades of experience within the nuclear industry and thanks to some of the best experts in their fields, they’re still growing and are now building a new division.
They are looking to hire an experienced R&D Programme Manager to manage and coordinate the R&D Portfolio and facilitate operations across several countries: the UK, The Netherlands & Germany. Using your previous R&D programme management experience, you will understand the key challenges and obstacles and rely on your exemplary communication & organisation skills to interact with technical staff.
Liaising with customers and stakeholders (both internal & external), you will possess a strong political acumen and the ability to produce scientific reports. You will also have involvements with budgets, projects and resources management and will be able to review and implement processes and systems to ensure operations are running smoothly.
To be considered for this exciting position, you will:
* Have strong programme management experience within regulated environments (Nuclear would be ideal but oil & gas, pharma, medical devices, chemistry… are welcome to apply)
* Demonstrate trust, integrity, consistency, provide support and be proactive
* Have a knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001)
* Have excellent communication & organisation skills
* Fluency in English is a must; German and/or Dutch would be highly beneficial
