Customer Experience Software (CX) - Key Account Manager

German and English Speaking. EMEA role. Home Based to suit candidate living in Germany (Reports to Dresden Office)

70,000 - 75,000 Euros + Bonus to 15% + Benefits (negotiable). Extensive on-going travel throughout Germany and EMEA required (post Covid)

The Role:

To evangelise, promote and sell the company's experience management portfolio and to provide outstanding service management to existing customers ensuring value, performance, satisfaction, reference-ability, increased demand, retention, revenue protection and increase. Day to day you will:

Undertake regular reviews and assessments to ensure continued best practice use of product suite, demonstrating ongoing value for the customer

Identify and address any inconsistencies with the use of products and services, which could result in new opportunities and/or improvement in our product suite

Actively promote new product versions, features, functions and services and show how these align to customer requirements

Create business appetite for product upgrades

Collect research required to support strategy, product development process and marketing

Own overall relationship with assigned clients

Maintain Key Account Plans detailing objectives, forecast sales revenue and relationship information

Utilise Salesforce to ensure lists of all Customer Success Management tasks and their owners is maintained

Maintain an up to date Stakeholder map for each Customer

Act as the point of escalation for existing customers, to assist and strengthen the partnership between customers and support team by aiding in the response of any complaints and/or queries

Primary point of contact for all day to day customer enquiries and advice relating to use of the product suite, for allocated accounts

Utilise Salesforce to ensure that all maintenance opportunities are captured, managed, and reported

Identify new sales opportunities within allocated accounts and progress these through to contract completion whilst managing customer relationships through the key stages of the sales process

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical/Consulting experience in software delivery environment

Degree calibre candidate

Knowledge of Customer Experience Analytics products is ideal and sought after

Proven track record in nurturing successful and lasting client relationships to not only retain but grow existing revenues

Proven ability to present, influence and sell to achieve agreed targets

Willingness to challenge and evangelise in order to change entrenched customer views and beliefs

Commercial experience of generating revenue by identifying and qualifying existing business opportunities

Extensive customer service/management experience in a Professional Services type environment

Ability to create and implement strategic account plans for allocated accounts

Self-motivated; able to work through own initiative

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Good commercial awareness.

Able to respond to speedy changes in technology and learn and apply new solutions using strong interpersonal skills
