who are you

As an allround operator, you will be responsible for packing all kinds of fruit and vegetables. You have at least intermediate vocational education level and relevant work experience. We work in shifts, so you have to be able to cope with this. Your leadership qualities make you the foreman at the packaging machine.

• Relevant work experience;
• Willing to work in 2 shifts (6:40-14:25, 14:25 - 22:10);
• In possession of your own means of transport.

what will you do

As an allround operator for Bakker Barendrecht in Ridderkerk, you will manage the production staff working on the machine(s). You will be involved in 80% of production. Among other things, you will be responsible for changing foils and stickers, but also for troubleshooting. You will also monitor production progress and inform your team. You will also monitor the work of the production staff. In short, you will have a challenging job.

• Recording production and control data, employees, resources and materials;
• Taking care of materials, distributing workstations and directing employee;
• Adhering to strict safety and hygiene rules.
