Our client is a global leader in the development and operation of sustainable, scalable, high-availability and flexible data center solutions. ou will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical data center systems. Your responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance tasks (PPMs) and service repairs on various critical systems.

Description

• Perform PPMs and service repairs on critical data center systems.
• Manage contractors' PPMs and service repairs, including administrative duties.
• Carry out isolation, earthing, and reinstatement of critical data center electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.
• Read, review, and amend data center electrical/mechanical system drawings.
• Monitor and manage BMS (Building Management System) monitoring and respond to critical and non-critical alarms.
• Perform diagnostic of alarms, generate RCA (Root Cause Analysis), escalate issues, and initiate repairs.
• Monitor and respond to customer requests 24x7x365, escalating when necessary.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain emergency power generation and UPS equipment.
• Write, review, dry-run, and modify operational procedures to ensure uptime and reduce human error.
• Maintain LVAP (Low Voltage Authorised Person) status and relevant qualifications.
• Perform reactive/remedial works on critical equipment and building infrastructure.
