Finance Specialist

Our partner in Camby (Indianapolis, IN), is seeking a Finance Specialist to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to work within a small team environment, contributing significantly to the company's success. The position involves a variety of responsibilities related to finance and compliance, with a focus on DCAA regulations.
Responsibilities:
Proposing and submitting Incurred Costs Proposal Model (ICE) in accordance with FAR 52.216-7.
Adjusting and modifying local ERP system to be compliant with DCAA regulations.
Acting as the main contact for DCAA audits.
Training others while implementing DCAA requirements.
Ensuring that programs adhere to DCAA standards and are invoiced correctly in the PIEE system.
Ensuring that quotations conform to DCAA standards.
Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements for management and DCAA.
Assisting with operational procedures.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
BS or BA in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or Associates Degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
Proficiency in DCAA requirements.
Familiarity with Cost Accounting.
Familiarity with MS Office, Great Plains/Dynamics.
Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
Flexibility and a positive can-do attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Benefits
Pay range: $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience).
