Are you an Accounts Senior Manager (ACA or ACCA Qualified or equivalent) ready to take on a busy role in an independent practice?
With plenty of scope for a relatively quick progression, the right candidate will have the desire to make their next career steps. The current Partners are investing heavily to ensure the Management team is strong and ready to enable further growth.
The salary and long-term prospects will certainly test the best the region can offer, and this position will allow a committed Accounts and Outsourcing professional to achieve a defined career route in a well-regarded privately owned firm of accountants.
Skills and Experience
To achieve this appointment the candidate will be an entrepreneurial, client-facing Senior Qualified ACA or ACCA (or the equivalent) professional; without doubt, possessing the commitment to continue building upon an already hugely successful firm.
You will have strong technical expertise in UK GAAP Accounting (FRS102) coupled with staff supervision experience which includes running appraisals and supporting active studiers (ACCA, ACA and AAT)
You will be comfortable working with the senior management team to deliver the service lines to the firm’s clients and to achieve further growth of the Practice.
You will have the desire to continue building on an already diverse client portfolio with the ability to develop relationships with local businesses and Law firms and will be involved in representing the firm in the local community and surroundings.
