If so, I am seeking an ICT Engineer to join a dynamic team. As an ICT Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues for a Public Sector Organisation.
Key Duties:
Provide timely first and second-line support for all ICT resources,
Identify and report faults promptly, ensuring efficient escalation and resolution.
Collaborate with external contractors to address technical issues effectively.
Work with "thin Client" Technology
Experience with Microsoft, Exchange, & Civica
