Marketing Coordinator

The Company:
ER Recruitment is working alongside a respected organisation who are continuing to grow.
The successful candidate will join a capable team and work across a diverse range of marketing activity including social media, campaigns, copywriting and events.
Role & Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
* Research, source and draft engaging copy for use in multi-channel campaigns, including proofreading.
* Support the marketing team to develop and implement overall campaigns & strategies in line with the businesses marketing plan.
* Manage an ongoing social media content plan and draft regular, varied and appropriate content.
* Provide in-house graphic design support.
* Capture and edit video content to produce marketing materials.
* Deliver a monthly KPI dashboard which covers the website, social media, Mailchimp, live chat, Google Business and press statistics.
* Communicate updates to relevant audiences, e.g. advisers and media contacts.
* Build relationships amongst the business community.
* Work closely with the events team to align marketing activities accordingly.
About You as the Marketing Coordinator:
* Broad marketing experience with a creative flare for creating engaging content.
* Working knowledge of CMS and Adobe.
* Outstanding organisational, and time management skills with the ability to work to pressurising deadlines.
* Ability to work well as part of a team as well as with autonomy.
* Excellent communication skills and command of grammar.
