Chase Taylor Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to work with a pretigous manufacture of UPVC Windows and Doors, who have a long and successful history within the sector.
Currently, looking at a very stable order book, they are known to nurture, grow and progress people within their business so this is a rare opportunity to be able to join their team.
They are looking to recruit an experienced a Production Manager who will lead their factory and ensuring all orders are manufactured to the highest quality whilst always maintaining efficiency.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Develop and manage communication methods to engage site employees.
* Visibly champion production on site and support the implantation of improvement.
* Support the site in ensuring all products produced are right first time in line with customer expectations.
* To ensure that all routine tasks and objectives are undertaken and completed within agreed time frames.
* Oversee and manage production team labour budgets
Applicants should have previous experience of managing within a manufacturing facility and a knowledge of UPVC glazing products and fabrication processes. You will need to have good organisational and planning skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues and juggle tasks. As well as being good operationally, the business would welcome somebody who can think strategically as well, looking at ways to continuously improve as the business grows.
