Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in coordinating project resources and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
Conduct research and analysis to contribute to project planning and decision-making processes.
Maintain accurate project documentation and assist in reporting to stakeholders.
Liaise and visit manufacturing partners to assist the PM in the collation of materials.
From time to time assist with installations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a project management role is preferred, but not required.
Understanding of FMCG retail and familiarity with brands and their retail channels is a plus.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel or PM systems.
Basic manufacturing knowledge and the ability to interpret drawings confidently.
Experience in administrative tasks within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
