The talent team is growing at G&F!!!
After a great start to the year, we are looking for a Talent Associate to be the first hire into this team. This is a brand new role where you'll be primarily responsible for building relationships with our future and existing Consultants. Any previous Recruitment / Consulting / Sales experience is a bonus but don't be put off if you haven't!

Responsibilities:
* To continuously build a best in class network of associates that the business can deploy onto projects.
* We need someone who channels G&F's company values and respectably represents the business.
* Engaging and credible when interacting with a variety of tech specialists across multiple industries
* Responsible for lead generation for the sales team
* Being diligent and understanding the importance of the business model and what is required once associates are put together for a project
* Excellent organisational skills
* Keeping a good understanding of the wider technology landscape and trends to ensure growth opportunities

We are based in Brentwood, and regularly attend meetings in London so you must be able to commute into the office often.
