The Role
Working on the telephone speaking to potential candidates.
Ensuring the client’s staffing requirements are always met
Daily liaison with client management and candidates pool
Strengths & Attributes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self motivated & able to work on own initiative
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management
Ability to liaise with management of all levels
Reliability and a committed approach to work
Customer service driven
Experience & Requirements
Good IT skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
Confident using telephones and speaking to candidates
