We are pleased to be supporting an organisation in the commercial services industry who are seeking a self-sufficient and experienced Payroll Manager to join their small and supportive team on a permanent, part time basis (20 hours per week).
As Payroll Manager, reporting into the Finance Director, you will manage a team of three payroll professionals, overseeing the day to day delivery of a monthly payroll for the operational side of the business.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing and managing the end to end payroll process
Managing onboarding from start to finish
Manage, train and develop the payroll team
Process monthly pension via NEST
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Review of payroll processes, participating in projects and supporting on payroll software upgrades
Experience required:
Strong UK, inhouse payroll experience
People management experience
Experience of processing high volumed payroll (1,000 plus)
CIPP payroll qualification is desirable but not essential
This role if office based and offers flexibility around the set up of the working hours. Interviewing ASAP!
