Maintenance Electrician

£20 -£25 per hour - temporary contract
We are recruiting for a static maintenance electrician to work at a large office building. The role is a temporary position to start Tuesday 28th May, and to work until the end of June, Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days. The maintenance electrician must have a DBS certificate to carry out this work.
Main duties will include:
Power distribution, lighting fittings (includes emergency lights), lamp replacement, plant room systems, access and control systems etc.
Fabric and plumbing maintenance - tap temps, leaks etc.

Overlap with mechanical and fabric
