Job Title: Technical Support
Location: Middlewich – Office Based, including some travel to deliver support to Customers on their sites – These customers are based across the North West
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. (With 1 week in 4 on call and occasional weekend working).
Salary Range: Up to £28,000 dependent upon experience
Company Van available (Including a fuel Card for business use) or Expensed Mileage

Experience in MSP or Technical support with a wide range of exposure to technologies including: VM Ware, Hyper V, Windows Server installations and migrations, Azure, TCP/IP, Routers and firewalls, Office 365, Exchange Server, SQL Server (partial), Backup and Business continuity solutions, LAN/WAN
Enjoy accurately diagnosing software and hardware faults and being able to resolve a large proportion of client problems via remote networking and client site visits?
Absolute Commercial are currently on the lookout for a Technical Support to work in Middlewich for one of our IT Service and Computer Repair clients.
We are looking for a Technical Support that is willing to provide a high standard of customer care to Clients, ensuring their problems are dealt with efficiently. This role also involves extensive use of all currently supported Microsoft Operating Systems and Extensive use of Microsoft Office.
The expectation amongst other things is for the Technical Support to provide 1st line helpdesk support to customers for hardware, software, audio-visual and telephone equipment. As well as auditing new customers IT and providing reports back to customers, including meeting with them to discuss the audit and findings/recommendations.
