Our client is looking for a New Business Manager to join their close-knit team in Chesterfield.
This role will be crucial in maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships as well as actively seeking out new opportunities for business growth. The successful candidate will have experience in a marketing environment and will have a natural ability for relationship building, fostering strong partnerships internally and externally.
The role:
* Oversee projects from inception to completion
* Drive new business development initiatives
* Onboard new clients and projects efficiently
* Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention
* Stay up to date on industry developments and trends
* Encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty
* Proactively network and expand connections to establish a growing name and presence
The successful candidate:
* Confident and experienced in soft sales
* Marketing background/experience, agency experience desirable
* Demonstrated success in a marketing setting
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive self-starter with strong organisational abilities
* Natural ability for relationship building, fostering strong partnerships internally and externally
* Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Creative lead
* Ability to prioritise workload and key accounts
