Senior Quantity Surveyor - Refurbishment/Maintenance/new build commercial - Liverpool
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, working for a regional contractor on new build developments up to £5m in value along with refurbishment and maintenance projects.
Excellent career opportunity to work for an award winning Construction business
Understanding of public sector works, new build developments, refurbishment of public sector projects
2 stage tender experience ideal
Ability to work alongside and lead other Quantity Surveyors'
Autonomous working - capability of working with like minded individuals - managing your own developments
Experience of various forms of construction contracts
Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
RICS accredited - ideal
