My client is looking to expand their already established Real Estate team in Manchester to work on a number of exciting projects in the sector and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.

They're looking for the candidates to serve as their primary point of contact for clients on a daily basis, ensuring their objectives are achieved and that projects adhere to specified timeframes, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

Holds a degree in a relevant discipline.
Demonstrated experience in managing Real Estate projects, preferably within a consultancy setting.Role Responsibilities

Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client's overall objectives.
Lead the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
Plan for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environmental issues.
Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan.
Advise upon the procurement of resources.
Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance.
Manage the change control process.
Monitor and advise upon project finances.
Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports.
Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
