Requirements:

A proven track record in successful business development
Commands comprehensive expertise in Environmental Acoustics
Demonstrates the ability to nurture the technical growth of teams through effective management
Exhibits adeptness in project and people management
Has previously served as a Project Manager, undertaking responsibilities such as budgeting, client proposals, scheduling, and report writing
Holds a degree in Acoustics or a related technical discipline (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering) and is a member of MIOA/FIOA
Possesses substantial experience in acoustic consultancy at a principal levelDuties/Responsibilities:

Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and formulating proposals
Assumes oversight of projects of varying scales as the project manager
Cultivates relationships within the acoustics sector to propel business growth
Leads a team to ensure the punctual delivery of all project deliverables
Oversees support team operations, encompassing recruitment, performance evaluations, and personal development plans
Provides technical leadership and supervises project deliveryBenefits
