Salary: £31,896 - £35,135 per annum

(plus £275 - £612 non-consolidated supplement)

Location: Didsbury, Manchester

Full time / 35 hours per week / Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Property Services team for a Roofer and for the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days.

Required:

Experience of all types of roofing repairs.
Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Roofing Occupations or equivalent.
Experience of delivering a customer-focused service.
Demonstrable ability for personal organisation and effective working.
