ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION MANAGER WITHIN A MANUFACTURING OR PACKAGING ENVIRONMENT?

Production Manager sought within a specialised plastics manufacturing business due to ever increasing demand for product with foresight of further increase in demand.

The role will be suited to candidates with Production Management and Planning knowledge. You must have experience working to H&S guidelines. Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP will be advantageous. Production Managers transferring from a packaging or print lamination background would have a considerable advantage and are encouraged to apply.

Reporting to the Site Director, the Production Manager will be tasked with managing all operators to production targets assuming ultimate responsibility for and overseeing quality of products and production planning in coordination with quality and planning personnel. You will also be working on an ongoing basis to make improvements to productivity, reduce costs and improve general efficiencies across the business by best utilising all resources and maximising potential from each cell.

Production Manager:

* Production Management experience within a diverse plastics manufacturing environment.

* Production Planning experience with knowledge of production planning software, i.e. ERP, MRP, SAP, CRM software or similar.

*KPI and personnel management experience

*Championing H&S on site

*Knowledge of COSSH and HACCP
