Your role:

As a Recruitment Consultant you would be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process - from proactively finding new clients who are looking to hire IT professionals into their teams, winning their business (using your sales and negotiation skills) and then sourcing and placing the best candidates for your clients!

As a Recruitment Consultant you will act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, providing insight into market trends and developing your knowledge and understanding of your market through proactive learning and research, to enable you to become a credible 'go to' person for your clients and candidates

What we are looking for:

Passionate, outgoing and confident individuals
Dedication and determination in order to succeed. This is key, as recruitment, like any sales role, can have good days as well as bad
Confident making outbound calls to potential clients and candidates
Talented individuals who are passionate and highly motivated
The ability to work outside of 9-5 when needed (our candidates are often at work during the day and you won't always be able to speak to them during working hours).
Able to deliver a best in class professional service to both clients and candidates
Confident and outgoing personality

Starting salary of £25k (increasing with promotion)
