JOB DESCRIPTION:The Communications Specialist is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing policies and programs to enhance the organization's relations with various stakeholders, including the community, government, shareholders, and employees. This role involves delivering communication through multiple channels and coordinating media dissemination to reach defined audiences and meet program objectives. Additionally, the role entails preparing and leading training activities, including organizational change management surveys, information sessions, and coaching sessions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Proficiency in Change Management and ADKAR Methodology.
* Experience in training or teaching within a corporate setting.
* Strong communication skills.
SCHEDULE:Standard Business Hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional early or late availability for classes or calls. Some travel to other sites may be required (25-50% of the time), with details discussed during the interview process.
