STEM Recruitment Solutions are supporting their client hire a Technical Supervisor to join their business based in Glasgow. Reporting to the Ops Manager the main focus of this role will be to recognise any potential issues within the lab and manufacturing and look to resolve these.

Other responsibilities include:
-Technical troubleshooting
-Overseeing the lab and production chemists
-Identifying and delivering training
-Capturing any process issues and fixing these
-Drafting SOPs
-Collaboration cross-functionally with other teams
To be successful you will have:
-A background in Science
-Strong operational experience in a technical discipline
-Experience resolving issues with processes
-Strong communication skills
