English Teacher - Cardiff

TeacherActive is currently working with a fantastic school in the Cardiff area, searching for a skilled English Teacher to join their warm and welcoming team.

As an English Teacher, you will need to be attentive, supportive, and enthusiastic in the classroom, motivating students to learn and achieve. The role may also entail dealing with challenging behaviours and students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). Therefore, exceptional classroom management skills, as well as a kind, caring, and patient demeanour, are crucial for success.

This full-time position will commence ASAPvand offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role requires a Teaching Qualification, and an English specialisation is highly desirable.

Key skills and competencies for this role:

Teaching Qualification and/or at least six months of experience working with children
A calm, caring, and patient demeanour
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
The ability to work effectively in a team environment
