Role: Senior HR Administrator
Location: Moseley, Birmingham
Type: Full-time, Temporary (until the end of the summer term with the view of a permanent position )
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Start Date: As soon as possible
About the Role:
As a Senior HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the school's HR functions. The successful candidate will possess school HR experience, ideally complemented by a CIPD qualification or be actively working towards one. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Overseeing HR administrative tasks
* Managing employee records and documentation
* Supporting recruitment processes
* Assisting with staff development and training initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Previous HR experience within the education sector
* Ideally, hold or be working towards a CIPD qualification
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service or willingness to process a new one
