Hotel Services Assistant - Team Leader | Solihull | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Competitive Salary plus Excellent Benefits

Duties and responsibilities

Leading and supporting the team, working hands on as required
Ensuring meals and beverages are delivered to patients' rooms
Responding to any ad-hoc requests from patients to ensure their comfortable stay
Assisting the catering and housekeeping teams with day-to-day duties
Making sure patients feel they are receiving a first class service at all times
Who we're looking for

A customer service-focused approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential
Working Hours: 37.5 - Working 5x days including some weekends. Shifts from 06:00-00:00
Contract Type: Fixed Term- 12 months
