Shift Patterns of Shift Manager - Warehouse: Any 5 from 7 (Rotational 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) Total Weekly/Annual Hours: 40

Join our team as a Warehouse Shift Manager in Stafford, where you'll lead our warehouse operations with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities of Shift Manager - Warehouse:

Lead and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operations to meet site KPIs and budget objectives.
Ensure fulfillment of customer requirements and maintain operational performance to meet company and customer expectations.
Identify and address health and safety risks, promoting a culture of safety among all team members.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives aligned with health and safety guidelines and operational processes.Requirements of Shift Manager - Warehouse:

Proven experience in warehouse operations management, with teams of 40/50 direct reports.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems, preferably experience with Red Prairie.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
NEBOSH or IOSH certification desirable.
