A fantastic full-service digital agency with offices in Warwickshire is on the hunt for a New Business Development Manager to join their team permanently.
This is a crucial role for the agency, as you will be responsible for driving the agency's growth by acquiring new clients.
Location: Warwickshire (remote with occasional travel to office)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (plus bonus)
**Must have Digital agency/Media agency business development experience**
Confident in your ability to identify potential clients, developing a pipeline of new business opportunities
A strong communicator, able to build strong relationships with key decision makers in organisations, to sell in the agencies offerings
Happy to deliver several senior meetings per month for the MD and client-lead team to pitch
Capable of leasing with the wider teams to develop high-level proposals for potential clients
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
Able to identify, organise and attend relevant networking events throughout the year to develop strong relationships
Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
