DEPUTY MANAGER - DOMICILIARY CARE
We are seeking an experienced OR aspiring Deputy Care Manager to work for a growing domiciliary care company in the West Midlands (Black Country) This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a company grow and to ensure the lives of the service users are fully supported with excellent levels of care.
* Competitive salary (up to £28,000 per annum)

The Role:
As a Deputy Care Manager your role will include:
* Overseeing the delivery of care services, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
* Ensuring strict compliance with CQC
* Managing staff and resources effectively
* Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
* Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
* Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers
* Following of policies and procedures
* Risk assessments
* Client liaison
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Deputy Care Manager should have:
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 3 minimum or working towards it
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Have a strong character and be a good communicator
* Be a reflective leader
* Want to develop their own style of management
* Work closely with the regional managers to develop growth plans for the service
* Worked in a senior care role - coordinator, supervisor, team leader, deputy manager etc.
