We are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller for a Precision Engineering business supplying into the Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Medical industries. Due to increase of orders across their biggest customers as well as bringing on some new customer, they have a need to an addition CNC Miller.
What does it involve?
The company is looking for an experienced CNC Miller who has experience working within a fast-paced Sub-Contract Machine Shop to machine parts on their 3 and 4 axis machines - all heidenhain controls.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
* Experienced CNC Miller – skilled Programmer/Setter
* Creating programs online for 3 & 4 axis machines.
* Programming on Heidenhain controls.
* Reading of technical drawings.
* Previous experience in a machine shop environment.
* Use of handheld tools - Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges etc...
